Baby update

On Dec. 23rd we had an ultrasound. Taylor was unable to make it so I went alone.

First off when I got there they didn't even take me back until 3:40pm and my appt was at 3:00.
Finally the Tech came and got me and she wasn't very friendly, she asked why I was there and what Dr. Hall was looking for in this ultrasound.
So she takes all the pictures she needs and then does the baby's measurements, pretty normal U/S visit up to this point. Then She turns the screen so I am not able to see much and she is pushing VERY hard on my stomach looking at "something", she was silent and making weird faces. Then she asked if I have been having any pain. I said "Well don't all pregnant women have pain?" No response back from the her. This went on for about 20-25 min. I asked if the baby had caught up and she said yes she is only 3 days behind now. Then she stopped doing the ultrasound and said "Don't wipe the gel off ,the Radiologist is going to have to look!" and she walks out of the room, leaving me terrified. I'm all alone, I have no idea whats going on, I cried a little thinking that something is seriously wrong with me or the baby. Finally after about 30 min she came back in and said "Ok you can go." So I started to get up and clean the gel off and I said "Well is everything ok?" She wouldn't look me in the eye, she kept cleaning things up and said "Your Dr. will call you with the results."
So here I am walking out of the Imaging center terrified and alone, Dr Hall's office is closed, Taylor won't answer the phone, I just started to bawl. People are calling me to see how the ultrasound went and I didn't even want answer the phone until I could talk to Taylor.
Taylor Finally called me back and we talked. I felt much better after telling him about my expirience. But we both figured that if something was seriously wrong the Imageing center would contact Dr. Hall and he would call me.
So over the holiday and weekend I lost much sleep and worried quite a bit. But I made it through the weekend. On Monday I wasn't going to wait for Dr. Hall to call me. At 8:45am I called him and he said that he had been at the office for 30 min and I was the 4th woman to call with concerns about thier ultrasound results. He said he was sorry that I worried all weekend but both the baby and I are fine, no need to worry. He said she caught up but he might change my due date from the 18th of Feb to the 27th....I'm thinking he should leave it the 18th!
Needless to say Monday night I slept like a rock!!!

I had an appt yesterday (29th) and Dr Hall went over what to do if I go into labor and told me I can't be more than an hour away from the hospital after Jan 10th. It's coming so quickly!

Since we couldn't find the camera cord Taylor ordered one so I could put up pictures of the baby's room, basement and Christmas. It came and it's the wrong cord. So Pictures will come sometime soon.

Scott and Shellie came over Saturday while Taylor was at work and helped me moved the office downstairs and Shellie helped me organize the closet and Scott put together the crib and my stroller/carseat. THANK YOU SCOTT AND SHELLIE!!! I feel so much better that is done! I love walked passed her room now and its not just full of boxes. Taylor says when we get back from the cabin we can get her room painted and I can't wait for that. I'm getting super excited! :) The basement is looking awesome too! We are almost finished. They are finishing the tile in the bathroom this week and then cabinets come next week and then all we have is to finish the outlets. It feels like we have a whole other house now that its almost complete! Pictures to come soon!!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. We are headed to the cabin for New Years. It will be good to just relax and have no worries. Hope you all have a Happy New year!

Congrats Rach and Chris!
Mother and baby doing great!

Saturday I had a baby shower and I am so grateful for all the gifts and for everyone that came. THANK YOU. My mom is suppose to be emailing me some pictures from that since I forgot to get my camera out and have someone take pictures. The Tahoe was COMPLETELY full going home! Thank you everyone.

Christmas tree

Here is a picture of our awesome little Christmas Tree. I wish the lighting would have been better so you can see it better. It's much cuter in person, so feel free to stop by and see it! :)

On a side note, Dr. Hall called last night and said that they might push my due date back about 3 weeks because she is so small. My uterus measures right one but she measures behind. (I will probably cry if he changes it by that much that means I will be pregnant for almost 10 months, instead of just 9 ... sigh...) He looked at the ultrasound pictures and said all her parts are there but she is about 2-3 weeks behind on her measurments. I have a follow up ultrasound in 3-4 weeks to see if she is growing and to make sure the amniotic fluid stays where it needs to be. Poor little girl, I hope she's ok. I read somewhere that Celiac disease mothers have "low birth weight" babies and he said that could be a reason for her being so small as well. I guess we will take it one week at a time and see how she does.

For those of you wondering about my sister, Rachel, still no baby :( Her due date is 5 days away and she isn't quite dilated to a one yet. Poor girl is so miserable and ready to be done. I sure hope he comes soon. I'm ready to meet him! I will keep you all posted on when he gets here though!

Ultrasound

For some reason Blogger won't let me upload any more photos right now.
Here is one of the pictures from our 28 week Ultrasound taken last Wednesday. She is measuring quite small, we go in to see Dr. Hall on Friday, So hopefully he tells us that she is just fine. The ultrasound tech freaked me out a little. Taylor couldn't make it to the ultrasound so I went by myself and she kept asking me the whole time if they ever told me that I measure small and I kept telling her "No, I measure right where I am suppose to." She said Dr. Hall would have to look at them and make sure everything is fine and make sure that she is getting everything she needs. So I am crossing my fingers until Friday when we see the Dr.
Funny story about the picture above, I sent it in a text message to some of our family and Scott, my father in law, thought it was a picture of a cooler?!?!?! Seriously....A COOLER??? We all keep teasing him about it. He doesn't think we are too funny!

I had pictures of our beautiful little tree but blogger won't let me upload them so I will try again later.

I also have pictures of Taylor's Birthday. It was Sunday. Super relaxing day and that was great.

My crib should be here some time this week. I ordered it a while ago and I can't wait to get it.

More random Morrow happenings...

Saturday Tay and I celebrated our anniversary! I can't believe how fast time goes by! We went to dinner and went to the movie Couples Retreat. We had a good time. I got Taylor wheels and tires for his pick up. I don't know what he was planning on getting me but I ended up with a Tahoe! We found a good deal on it. I had been looking at GMC Acadia's, but we found this one and both really liked it and we both liked the price. So Happy Anniversary to me! :) I will try to take some pictures this week and post them for you all.

At my last Dr. appt I didn't pass the glucose test, it was too high. So yesterday I had to go and endure the 3 hour test. It was pretty boring but thank goodness I passed and I don't have Gestational Diabetes. For the record...I hate getting on the scale at the doctors office, enough said.

A few weeks ago I started with a rash on my bum and thighs (just in case you were wondering where it started! :) ) and it got worse and it spread and is now pretty much covering my entire body, all but my face. I had to go to a dermatologist Monday and he gave me some cream and some pills to take so hopefully it will subside soon because I am quite miserable. The Dermatologist said it is a rash from all the different hormones in me that my body isn't used to. When strangers look at my hands I am sure they get grossed out! I chose not to take pictures of this because I look quite disgusting. Yesterday Taylor said "Lynds, I am sorry to tell you this but this is really freaking me out!" If Taylor says that I am pretty sure I now look like and alien! :( On top of the hives I got a nasty cold.

Scott and Shellie are in Hawaii...I'm pretty jealous. So we have Tanner for the week. He's been good, I am sure he gets pretty bored because Taylor and I don't do too much. We might take him out to dinner tonight if Taylor gets off fairly early. (YAY!! NO COOKING AND NO DISHES!!)

The basement is coming along. I will try to take some pictures this weekend. we don't have any light fixtures up right now so there are no lights down there and I am only home at night lately. So when I am home there is no night at all down there to take any pictures. The things we have left to do downstairs are:
Paint
Light fixtures
Have cabinets put in
tile bathroom
Carpet
and...somehow save enough money to furnish the basement! We will just do a little at a time i am sure.

We go in for another ultrasound next wednesday. I love getting to see her. I bought her crib bedding last week and ordered her crib this week. I'm getting so excited! I am so curious to see who she will look more like! And I hope she doesn't have my ears! :) And Tay hopes she does!

This is probably my most random post so far since I have been blogging! I hope you are all doing great!

Randomness

We haven't been up to much lately. Taylor and Scott have been working on the basement. We hired some guys to hang the Sheetrock, tape and texture. They will finish hanging it today and then start taping tomorrow! I will be so excited to get it all done. So I can move all of the boxes and stuff out of the office and turn it into the baby's room. I can't wait to get started!

Taylor still talks in his sleep. He says the funniest things but doesn't believe me that he really does. The other night we had just gotten in bed and I was watching TV and Taylor had fallen to sleep and he wakes up and says,
Tay: "Give me the Panda Jack!"
Me: "What?!?"
Tay: "Never mind"

Then a few min later,
Tay: "Ruff, Ruff" (Barking like a dog)
Me: "Why did you bark?!?" (trying not to laugh hysterically)
Tay: "I didn't...it was Tate!" (with a HUGE smile on his face)

I just laughed and laughed. It took me a long time to finally go to sleep because I was laughing so hard. He never really checks the blog but I sure hope he doesn't read it this time because he will kill me if he knows this was posted. I just don't want to forget some of the funny things that he does. I told him I am going to put a video camera up in our room so I can prove to him that he says crazy things.

This is not a very good picture, but I have had requests to put up a "Belly picture". It was taken with Tay's camera on his phone so it's not the best quality. I am getting pretty large and I know it will only get worse. Taylor has a few names for me these days, Fatty Patty, Miss Piggy, Hippo (like the guy off of the movie Along Came Polly says it). Hopefully soon my sciatic nerve will stop acting up. It's been quite painful for a few weeks now. Sitting at work for 10 hours a day 4 days a week has been hard on it. I try to move around quite a bit.

5 more days and I will be in double digits to my due date. Time is flying. We can't wait until she gets here. We are so excited. Only 15 weeks left!

Moving belly...

I haven't blogged in quite a while. I still haven't gotten the ultrasound pictures downloaded to the computer. Mostly because I am feeling lazy. :) But I wanted to write this down so I don't forget...this weekend I was taking a bath and I got to watch my stomach move! I have been able to feel her for a few weeks now but it was awesome to watch her kick rather than just feeling it! Taylor is very anxious for her to get here! He just wants her here now. I tell him every day "but she is so much easier to take care of in my belly!" I really am very excited though!

Taylor and Scott have been working on the basement it's all framed and it is starting to get some character already! I can't wait to have that finished so I can move the office downstairs and work on the nursery. Tate ,our dog, hates the staple gun so he jumps on my lap everytime it goes off! If I am not sitting so he can jump on me he will go hide in the closet. It's quite comical. So much for a guard dog, huh!

This weekend we are heading to Utah with our friends, Coleman and Randi, to look for some cars and go to Frightmare's (Randi and i won't be going on many rides). It will be a nice little getaway for us. We went to dinner and mini golfing this weekend with them and had some fun. I am sure it will be just as fun this weekend.

My sister, Rachel, has 7 weeks left. well it might actually be 6 now, but we are so excited. Her pregnancy went be so fast (too me alteast, if you ask her it's been far too long). We are excited to finally meet her little boy!!

What are all your opinions on the swine flu shot? My Dr. is telling me to get one. There are so many risks of getting one and so many for not getting one as a pregnant woman. What are all of you doing? I am going through hand sanitizer like a mad woman and thanks to HOLLY I will be using the mini Lysol too!

Hope you all have a great week! When I get out of my laziness I will download the pictures from the ultrasounds.

Digital Scrapbooking, Still no gender on the baby :(

First Digital scrapbook project completed, Thanks to Missy and Shellie. I really enjoyed making this. I hope I can do more things like this soon.
My aunt Shannon and I made a diaper cake last night and it turned out super cute. I will have to get a picture and post it. The shower is this weekend and it will be fun to see everything that Rachel gets. We are excited for her little boy to get here.
We went to our 2nd ultrasound today and the baby still did not show us anything. The tech said that Dr. Hall is probably going to order another one because she couldn't get the measurments of the baby that she needed. The baby was in a really wierd position, but he/she was very comfortable and didn't want to move. I was so disappointed. Last night was like Christmas Eve as a child because I was so excited/anxious to know the gender! Oh well...we will try again. HOPEFULLY SOON!!!!

Civil War.

Mitch and Jason after the game. The shirts I made for us siblings...(Back of Me and Rachel.)
The fronts say Be "Civil" You are brothers. (also our belly's poking out!)

Jason played really well and was bummed that Hillcrest won. The boys were on Channel 3 and in the news paper. It isn't too often you have brothers play eachother in sports. Mitch and Jason even got a few plays that they actually guarded eachother. It was quite funny! We had fun watching them. I was pretty proud of the shirts...
Tomorrow its off to Las Vegas for me. I am going to a seminar for work. Hopefully it will be great and I will learn a lot! I hope that Juli and I can have some fun too!
Hopefully Taylor can survive without me!

We have a shy/modest baby...

We went up last night to find out if we are having a boy or a girl...No such luck with this little baby. It's (I hate calling the baby and IT!!!) little butt and legs were tucked up and didn't want to show us anything. We tried for about an hour! Dang kid. It was so cool to see though. It was such a big change from the last ultrasound. Taylor was pretty much in shock to see the baby moving. I think it finally hit him we REALLY ARE haveing a BABY! I could have sat there all night and watched. I am so excited. We got some really good pictures, just not the ONE we really needed. I will upload a few of them a little later. Taylor and I are headed to town.

Hopefully at the next one he/she won't be so shy for us! I am dying to know!

15 weeks...

15 weeks.
This is all I see when I look down these days.
Tenille this post is just for you!
I took some good pictures on my camera but Taylor put my camera cord somewhere and he can't remember where that somewhere is. Suprise Suprise.
We are hoping that next weekend my aunt can do the ultrasound to find out what we are having. I am so excited for that I can hardly stand it! I am ready to start my shopping! And get narrowing down some names.
I have been really sick still. I have All-day Sickness instead of morning sickness. I am hopeing that soon it will go away. I am always late for work these days. Getting up and getting ready for the day is a difficult challenge for me. Honestly I would rather curl up on the couch with a blanket and watch a movie and eat cereal and take naps all day, if I had the choice. My house really needs me right now. It's so dirty. Taylor has the day off tomorrow, I will have to con him into helping me get it clean. Its driving me insane!
I can't believe how much my body is changing. ITS INSANE!!! Last week I felt the baby move for the first time. I felt it twice in one night and then I haven't felt the baby since. The Dr. said I should be feeling he/she all the time. I always feel so bad when I call the baby and IT. We will know soon enough I guess.
I wish I could be in more than one place at one time. This Friday, tomorrow, both Jason (a Senior at Bonneville) and Mitch (a Sophomore at Hillcrest) have Varsity football games. This year it will be hard to make it to many games because they both have games the same nights at the same times. And Civil war will be interesting since they will play eachother. They both play offense and defense so it will for sure be a sibling rivalry! And also the youngest brother, Coleson, has games too. His are on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I am always up for supporting my siblings in all they do so during school I am pretty busy going to all their games.
Well I hope you all have a great weekend! I will try to post more often. I just need to find that cord so I can update all my pictures of what we have been up to lately. The camera on my Blackberry isn't as good as my digital camera.

I love a good deal...

Thanks to my Aunt Shannon's Coupon finding skills, this lovely thing was purchased today! I love finding good deals. This one was a smoking deal! AND I LOVE IT!
We ordered it today. It will be here next week!
Thanks Grandma!

Bye bye hair...

This isn't a very good picture but...
I chopped all my hair off this weekend. I was scared to but it grows back, right. It is really weird getting used to and Taylor seems to tell me its my "mom" look. He is funny.

Chubba Chubba...11 weeks

11 WEEKS

I had to take a picture myself because I couldn't get Taylor to do it! This picture doesn't do justice for how big i really am...You will just have to see in person!

Ultrasound for Baby Morrow...

My Aunt Anna is over the radiology at Madison Memorial Hospital, so last night she invited Taylor and I up to have an ultrasound to make sure we are having just one baby. I am developing a pretty large baby bump! I honestly can't believe how much my body has changed this last week.

Well Taylor wasn't able to go last night because he was working late so I took Grandma Bonnie. It was so fun to go with her. It was yet another great bonding experience for the two or us. Seeing the baby move makes this experience so much more real.

We found that are having just one baby. I tried to upload the pictures but they are super blurry. I got to hear the heartbeat much more clearly with the machine my aunt used. She is going to let me go up again in about 5 weeks and we will find out what we are having. SNEAK PEEK! whoo hoo. I am so excited for that! I will be a shop-a-holic after that!

I will have to upload some pictures of me so you can see that I am getting quite LARGE! If I keep growing at this rate I won't be able to walk for the last month or so of the pregnancy! haha.

Tomorrow is my birthday and also one year since Taylor and I got engaged! I can't believe how fast time flies! I sure love him. He is so funny. He is always cracking jokes. We don't go one day without laughing hysterically about something. In this last year we have grown so much closer together than I could ever imagine. We have had our rough days and we have had our great days. I wouldn't trade any of them because they always somehow make us grow closer together! We have been so blessed in the last year. We have wonderful families who have helped with anything and everything. Some who have spent countless hours helping us with our beautiful home. When I had surgery we had so many meals brought over and helped clean the house. The thing I am most grateful for in this last year of is the temple. Taylor and I are sealed for Eternity. I am happy to know that our children will be blessed to be apart of this wonderful blessing!

Baby...

We are going to have a baby!
The due date is February 18th, 2010!

I am about 10 1/2 weeks.

We are very excited for our family to grow.

I have been super sick the last two weeks. Lets hope that goes away soon! I also have put on the pounds the last week or so. Taylor thinks its quite funny. I didn't think that I would start showing so soon!

Hearing the heartbeat makes it so much more real. I could have sat and listened to it all day! In just 7-8 weeks we will find out if we are having a boy or a girl. Taylor says he already knows its a boy. I guess we will see...

Today we are off to a family reunion. TAYLOR HAS SATURDAY OFF!! WHOO HOO! That doesn't happen to often so I am excited to spend some time with him and the rest of my family.

I hope you guys have a great weekend!

4th of July weekend...

I haven't blogged in a while, I haven't been feeling to well. But I thought I would post about the stupid things that happened to me this weekend.

Taylor finally had a few days off we could spend together, so I thought. He and his dad decided to work instead. They can NEVER take some time off. It has its pros and cons I guess.

Saturday we slept in and we to breakfast. I couldn't remember the last time we did that so that was fun. Then we went a looked at Patio furniture since all we have out back are some chairs. We didn't find much though. Then Taylor and Scott prepped the side of the house for concrete, which I am not happy about incase you wanted to know. So I went shopping with grandma and it was so fun. I found some great deals. I got a super cute purse and then some super cute shoes for a great price. Then we went and ate at Grandma Morrow's and also went to Grandma Bonnie's for a BBQ too. Lots of food that day. After we ate i decided that I needed to change into pants because it was kinda chilly. (I am ALWAYS cold) So we came home and I had my cell phone in my pocket and I went into the bathroom and my phone fell out of my pants and into the toilet! SICK. Yes I had to put MY HAND IN THE TOILET! Good thing I hadn't gone to the bathroom yet! So I have lost everyone's numbers. So e mail them to me ... Lyndsi_lou88@hotmail.com if you don't want to leave them on here!! Luckily Shellie just got a new phone so she is letting me use hers for a few days until I can go get my new one. Then we went to the fireworks and came home.

Sunday Jason, Rachel, Chris and I headed to Boise to go visit my mom for a quick trip. When we got to Blackfoot I looked down and my main diamond in my wedding ring was GONE! I was sick to my stomach. I hadn't hit it on anything and I know when I left my house that it was there! I tore apart the car trying to find it. My grandma checked where I was at her house. Chris's parents checked their driveway and my grandpa even went and checked Maverick where i filled up with gas. We had no luck finding it. Today I took it in and Richard at Ingram's is like my 2nd father and they replaced it for me. I was thankful. Taylor would have killed me if he would have had to pay for another one! Needless to say it was added to our home owners insurance today!

We came back from Boise late last night. It was a quick trip but it was good to see mom. We did some shopping while the boys golfed.

Today Rachel and Chris found out they are having a little boy! We are excited for them. Congrats guys! We can't wait to meet him!

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July!

New book!

I ordered this book a week or so ago and it finally got here yesterday. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease 2 years ago. Celiac disease is where you body is intolerant to gluten, which is in wheat, rye, oats and barley. This disease is actually becoming pretty common. I have read many books and Internet articles and also tried many foods, some delicious and some pretty disgusting. My grandma and Shellie have also tried many recipes for me.

When Taylor and I first got married I would make two different things for dinner, and boy did that get old. So a few times I just made his food the way I make mine and he didn't notice. So now when I make Spaghetti or Lasagna I just make it with my noodles to make it easier on me. The Gluten Free foods are more expensive. I usually get them at Fred Meyers, Albertsons, or Broliums.

Going out to eat and eating at other peoples homes is a difficult thing for me. I try to eat before I go to other homes to make it easier on them and me. Scott, Shellie and my grandparents try really hard to make sure that I can eat with them. They are very careful about what they have too. At some restaurants they have gluten free menu's. That is always helpful. Most of the time I am limited to a corn shell Taco or a hamburger minus the bun. But I survive.

I am very grateful for the technologies that we have to diagnose diseases because I was so sick. I lost somewhere between 30-40 lbs. I was disgustingly thin. I have gained quite a bit of it back and I am feeling really well.

This is pretty much the most random, dumb post but I am just really excited about my new book!

Birthday, Graduation, Dog...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY RACHEL!! Rachel's Birthday was Yesterday. Grandma, Jason, Rachel and I went to lunch at Garcia's. This is a picture of Rachel in the Sombrero as the servers sang to her. We had a good time at lunch! We hope you had a great day Rach!
This is Lindsay Morrow and Lyndsi Morrow at graduation. Haha. I knew Lindsay before I knew Taylor so we always crack up we have the same name. Congrats on Graduation Linds!!
Tenille and I at Graduation. I wish I had a picture of her cap. She decorated it pretty cute! After Graduation we went to Chili's. Yum Yum. Congrats Nillie!
This is Taylor on a typical Sunday after church. He works 6 days a week so I can't blame him for wanting to nap. I seriously couldn't work as many hours as he does! He is one tough dude. It amazes me how hard he works. I know I complain about him working so much and being alone but I really shouldn't. I admire his work ethic. I think if you look up MORROW in the dictionary it says WORKAHOLIC. I sure do love him.
Here is the new addition to the Morrow Family...Tate. We went and picked him up on Saturday. He is such a good dog! We just love him. He hasn't caused any trouble...yet. I have enjoyed having company, since Taylor doesn't get home until late each night. Tate has made himself right at home. He follows me around like my little shadow. I will post more pictures of him later.

Memorial Weekend

This is a rock we had done for my dad a few months after he passed away.
This is the back of my dad's headstone. He hated this picture but it was the most recent one we had at the time of his passing.
This is the front of the headstone. You can't see too much of it because of all the beautiful flowers from Memorial Day.

Front of the headstone again.

This Memorial Weekend was filled with action. Friday we just worked on the yard! We are hoping to get the back patio poured this weekend so we can work on the sprinkler system and the grass. I can't wait!

Saturday I was suppose to help in the yard but Shellie, Tanner and Tenille came to the house to pick up my car to take to Utah to go see Shellie's nephew, Tyson. He returned from a mission in Washington. Well I decided to head down with them. So we went to Tai Pan and ate lots of food and partied. Those Hix's sure know how to PARTY!

Sunday Taylor, Scott, Tasi and Tyler came down and we went to church for Tyson's report and it was awesome. After church we went and ate and partied some more and then came home. It was a quick trip but so fun to see all the family.

Monday I went to visit dad's grave and take him some fresh flowers. His headstone is the most beautiful one I have ever seen. It is honestly the most unique headstone. He is buried in the Iona Cemetery. Then I took some flowers to Grandpa Morrow's grave. Then off to the golf course with Grandma, Grandpa and Jason. It was fun. I am not the best golfer but I sure make it entertaining for everyone! When Taylor got off work we went and visited the both Dad and Grandpa Morrow's graves.

We had a great weekend. It just went by way too fast.

We also are so excited to be getting a dog. My younger sister Lexie called me Monday and asked if we would like my Dad's little buddy Tate. I am super excited. We were going to get a dog as soon as we had grass but oh well. We are going to bring him home this weekend. I am sure it will be hard for Mitch, Lexie and Cole to part with him but they can come and see him whenever they want. So for now that is our expansion to our little family.

I will try to update this more often. I will get some pictures of the yard progress and post them for all of you too see. So far we just have lots and lots of dirt!!!

Update

Just thought I would post an update on the surgery.

So last Wednesday they told us to be at the hospital at 10:45, we got there, answered the same 50 questions they asked me the day before, then changed and got my IV put in. My surgery was scheduled for 12:45. They said Dr. Hall was 30 min ahead of schedule last time they checked. I was thinking WHOO HOO. Little did I know that was the WRONG INFO. So Taylor, Grams and I chatted and watched some TV. My nurse came in and said that Dr. Hall is now running behind schedule and she also asked me the same 50 questions I had already been asked two other times. We waited and waited. Finally at 2:30 they came and got me and said they were ready for me. I was a little irritated that I had to wait and hour and fourty five min longer than I was suppose to and needless to say I was starving to death. So they get me down in the holding area and again I waited another hour and a half. Around 4 they came and asked those 50 questions AGAIN. Then they gave me anesthesia and I was out.

They found some endometriosis and also an adhesion (my grandma thinks it looks like saran wrap stretched out) and they burned the endometriosis and cut off the adhesion. I have been really sore but our families have been so wonderful and made meals and brought us everything we need.

Taylor says I walk around like I am an OLD lady. I just tell him I feel like one too. I am pretty sore, I move slow. But I should be feeling pretty good by the weekend. Taylor has been great. He has helped so much. He just couldn't master the whole 'pick up after myself because Lyndsi can't right now' task. But someday he will get there! haha. :)

Oh and I wanted to just let everyone know that my brother JASON was the 4A District Champ for golf. CONGRATS. WE LOVE YOU.

Tomorrow...

Tomorrow I am having surgery. I am having a Laparoscopy done. I have had uncomfortable pelvic pain for quite some time. I won't really go into detail about it but I am SO ready to have it done and over with. I am not nervous for the procedure, but I am about the outcome. Taylor and my grandma are going with me and I am glad they are going to be there to support me.

I just thought I would put a few things down here that I want to remember. Since Taylor and I have gotten married, I can't sleep very much. Taylor talks, walks, and eats in his sleep. This has been an eye opener for me. He does the funniest things. I really do just have to laugh about it. But I do get sick of washing the sheets from him getting chocolate and eating it in bed in the middle of the night. I am also getting sick of hearing about all the great Dish Network promotions. He will try to pay people money in the middle of the night. When we were building our house he would talk to me about all the people that we had working on the house. I don't think it is funny when it all happens but when I think about it all now, all I can do is laugh. I am going to share one of my favorite stories with you...some of them are probably too embarrassing to share.

Taylor and Lyndsi sleeping...
2am Lyndsi awakens with fingers in her nose and sees it is Taylor!
Lyndsi : Why did you just pick my nose? (In a not very friendly voice)
Taylor : Just seeing if you are awake (as he is flipping through the channels on the TV)
Lyndsi : Did you have to pick my nose to see if I was awake?
Taylor : Whatever, I can't sleep!
Lyndsi : Taylor just lay down you are asleep.
Taylor : Lynds, I can't.
Lyndsi : Taylor...LAY DOWN.
Taylor : Lynds, you dont understand! (and he lays down)

He remembers none of this. Atleast once a week he does something comical in his sleep. I could write a book on everything and make millions, I think. Hopefully he doesn't read this post, he will be mad I write about this.

Taylor is a great guy. I know he would do anything for me. I don't see him much because he works so much. But I know that he is doing it to make life better for us. He is such a hard worker. I am truely grateful for him.

Random...

Cole, Lexie, Mitch, Lyndsi, Taylor, Jason, Rachel, Chris (brother in law)
This is a picture with all my siblings. I can't believe how old my younger siblings are getting. I look back at pictures and think 'Where did all that time go'. The other day I was looking at pictures from my dads funeral and I can't believe how much they have changed just since then. That was 2 1/2 years ago. They have all grown in so many different ways and I am so proud of them. Taylor will be the only in-law to be in the family that will have known dad. That really means a lot because he can talk to all of the kids about different things that we did with dad. Like the day Jason, Mitch, Lexie, Cole, Taylor and I were on the boat with dad the day before he died. That is a memory I will cherish forever. I will never forget how much fun we had that day. In one aspect it seems like it was last week and in another it seems like it has been forever. I am just so glad that I have the gospel and know that I will see him again someday.
This is my bouquet at the wedding. The locket reads 'Daddy's little girl always & forever'. On the right is a picture of my dad. My friend Jessica made it for me to attach to my bouquet and I thought it was such a sweet thing for her to do. It is something that i will cherish forever.
My friends have influenced my life in so many ways. I am so grateful for them and all that they have done. Missy, Kate and Jess are such great friends. They have done so much for me. I am grateful to have them still today.

My good friend Kate had her precious little boy on March 9th. We are so excited for her. Missy and I went and saw her at the hospital, we just couldn't wait to go see him. He is so adorable. Krew and Jacoby, Missy little boy, are going to be best friends. I am so excited to watch them grow and see their changes. Congrats to Kate and Doug.

Its been a super long time since I have posted. So I thought I would take some time and post pictures of the house. I have completely loved having a house. I do feel very fortunate to have a house. Taylor and Scott did a wonderful job. (I did a good job helping with the tile and telling them what they were doing wrong :D ).
I will get it all decorated SOMEDAY. I hope that day comes soon. Sorry it is pretty messy as you can tell from the pictures.
