Bed rest round two...

On Sunday I started bleeding again so back on bed rest I went and today is suppose to be my last day hopefully. I am just waiting for a call back from Dr. Hall. I have a few banks I need to run to later so hopefully I get the ok to be up and about.
I can already tell this boy is going to be trouble. He comes by it honestly. Have you met Taylor? :)
I am so grateful for my sweet girl, Maec. Today we were sitting on my bed after I finished doing her hair and she takes the brush and moves behind me and starts brushing my hair and peeks around and laughs. Then she grabs my neck from behind and gives me a big hug. Children are the most amazing blessing. I learn so much from Maecie. She can sure push my buttons but she can also melt my heart.
I'm so grateful to be a mother. To be a mother that gets to stay at home with my kids. Grateful that I can do my work at nap time and bedtime.
I have so much gratitude in my heart. Partly because it's The holiday season coming up and partly because of trials I see others going through. On October 19, my friend and I both had terrible days but fortunately my day wasn't the nightmare hers was. I pray her and her family have comfort in this trial. I'm grateful for her positive attitude and example she has been through this.

Come on little guy...stay in much longer!!

It's a ...

BOY!
We had our ultrasound a few weeks ago. I was pretty shocked we are having a boy, I thought we were having a girl for sure. I was way off.
I haven't put on the blog yet but I am due March 5.
This pregnancy has been so much harder than with Maecie so far. I have been incredibly sick this time around. I'm glad Maecie has been so good band has made that partveasier on me. I'm feeling quite a bit better now. I still puke when I brush my teeth. The nausea has calmed down so much from what it was thankfully.
I am glad to have one of each just to have the pressure off.
Maecie is quite the little sassy pants lately. We are in for some years of fun with this girl! We have to make sure she has pants on at ALL times or she takes her diaper off and goes streaking and if you are not paying attention she pees on your foot. She still has the most hilarious laugh on earth. She makes life so joyous. Our house would be so boring without her. She LOVES babies. She will be such a great big sister.

Maecie is ONE!!!

She only ate the frosting!
Align Center

Kissy Kissy

She didn't like sitting on the chairs. She always wanted to stand.

Look at that precious face! She honestly couldn't get any cuter!

Sweet baby girl.

I know everyone always tells us time goes by too quickly! This last year has been the fastest year of my life. I am sure they only get faster as time goes on. I can remember being in the hospital holding Maecie for the first time as if it was yesterday. She has brought so much joy into my life. This year has been full of so many emotions. A year full of first for Taylor and I . Maecie's whole life will be first for Taylor and I. Poor girl is a guinea pig.
She has had a terrible cold, but she is finally getting a little better. Dr. Edwards told me she will probably have it for 6 weeks then get better for 2-3 weeks and get the cold again for 6 weeks and then be better for 2-3 weeks before getting it for a third time. He said for some reason most kids that get this cold this year get it three times before feeling much better. I am hoping that won't happen because I have had far too many sleepless nights the last few weeks.
Maecie weighs 20 lbs and is 29 1/2 inches tall. She has always been in the 80-90% for height and weight, but at her 1 year appt she is now 25% for weight and 45% for height. CRAZY!
She took two steps the other night and continues to just take a couple steps before falling. She is a BIG chicken. She wants to hold my hands to walk but I dont even help her she just needs it for comfort I guess. She will walk when she wants to I suppose.
I will need to go to the Dr. in the next month or so to find out if I will need to have surgery again to have more kids. I can tell the endometriosis has grown back but I just don't know how bad it is. We will just have to see what he says. I am not ready for another baby yet. I'm sure the time will come when I am ready but for now I am content with Little Mae.

New Years in St. George.

We went to St. George for New years with my grandparents, Jason, Jeff, Anna and Jayden.
We had such a great time. I thought the ride would be terrible with Maecie but we took the DVD Player and she Watched Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and slept the whole time. It was wonderful. We did run into a snowstorm on the way down and had to pull over and sleep in a nasty hotel because everything else was full!! Taylo wouldn't let me unpack the car to even get my toothbrush out so I could brush my teeth. He made me wait until we got to grandma and grandpas in St. george. I felt nasty but we survived. We had a great time Shes a cheeser
Jayden and Maecie. They were best buddies down there. I have a funny video of Jayden making Maecie laugh I will have to post!

She loved playing with all the furniture!!

Daddy and Mae

Christmas...better late than never

These pictures are out of order but oh well... this girl LOVES books. SHe would look at books for hours upon hours if she could. She's so silly!

Barbie 4-wheeler was a big hit. She LOVES her fourwheeler!!

It even has a sippy cup holder!

This was her face the whole time opening gifts. She LOVED all her presents. She was so spoiled. I am pretty sure we own stock in Toys R Us!!! :) This face is so worth it.

She just sticks her finger in the mouth of the sing-a-magig when shes around him...she doesn't quite get him!!

I love santa jammies.

We had a wonderful Chirstmas. Maecie made it so fun. We can't beleive how fast time has gone. On Sunday my little munchkin will be 1. A whole year old. I can still remember how anxious I was that last week I was pregnant with her. Scared, anxious, excited. So many emotions. It's been by far the best year of my life. She brings so much joy to Taylor and I.

2010 Family Pictures

Isn't the the cutest costume ever? I'm pretty sure it is!

Judy Pasley took our pictures the end of October and we had so much fun with her. Judy did a great job with the pictures
Maec now has 2 teeth and working on a third.
She is always jabbering "Hi Dad, dad dad dad"
or "dog, dog, dog"
She crawls so fast now. We finally had a put up a baby gate. She doesn't do the worm anymore.
She eats EVERYING. She loves all foods
She LOVES to open the wrapped presents under the tree.
She has always been such a good natured baby, no problems or complaints from us, Well yesterday at church she was so bad. and she has never been like that. It was so frustrating. We still love her anyway.

We were so excited to go on our cruise in January but it has been cancelled because it was the ship that was all over the news for catching on fire. :( I was pretty crushed. We are waiting for our money to come back so we can book another one. Hopefully we can book one for soon!
I have lots more pictures but I will load them later. I am babysitting Maecie and Brynlee today. They have been such good girls! Brynlee makes me want a new baby. I miss Maecie as a tiny baby. :( All the stages are fun but I miss them as they pass!

I am seriously the worlds worst blogger. I have so much to blog about and so many pictures to show all of you, however, blogger is ridiculous and won't let me upload any photos at the moment.

This last weekend was Taylor and I's 2 year anniversary. He told me for a few weeks prior to last weekend that he had something planned and he wasn't going to tell me. So we dropped Maecie off at Grandma Bonnie's and went and had Lunch at Joe's Filling station in Rexburg. After lunch Taylor blindfolded me and drove around for about 2 hours and we ended up in Teton Village, WY at an amazing hotel! LOVED IT. We went and had an AMAZING and I mean AMAZING massage. It was an hour and a half. I was seriously in Heaven. Then we went and had dinner in Jackson and looked around at some of the shops. Then we finished the night off by going to the hottub! We had so much fun. We came back Sunday, to see that sweet face of Maecie's. Taylor pretty much got and A+ on this anniversary!

Monday (11/15) Little Maec cut her first tooth!!! So exciting for us since her gums have been swelling and going down for about the past 5 months! She doesn't "crawl" she does the "worm" as we call it. She is quite the kid. She is pretty much always happy and sleeps so well. I am way to spoiled. I don't know if I want any more kids because she is so good and I am sure if we have more they will be naughty compared to this angel we have now.

In October I went to Arizona to see my siblings that moved in July! It was so good ot see them! We had so much fun shopping, swimming, playing volleyball, going to Coleson's Basketball game, Mitch had surgery...It was a fun filled week! I miss them so much. Hopefully I will be going down again soon!

I will Blog much more later when blogger will let me upload lots of photos!
Hopefully I will be better at blogging!

My aunt invited us to Ross park with her boys a few weeks ago. We invited Randi and Paige to go as well. It was a big party. Maecie loved it. Ethan and Paige weren't too sure about it. We had fun anyway though.

I win the award for worlds worst blogger!!
I haven't blogged in a long time. So much has happened. I will just update some today and then more this week.

*May 14, 15, and 16 - Went to Utah for a wedding and then the next day met up with Coleman, Randi and Paige. Maecie and Paige were awesome on their first trips. They swam for the first time. Maecie loved it. It took Paige a few min but then she loved it too.
*May 27 - Maecie rolled over for the first time.
*May 31 - Maecie slept in her own bed for the first time and has slept there ever since. NEVER wakes up in the night. I know...My girl rocks! Not to brag but seriously, what baby do you know sleeps all night starting at a month old?!?!
*Maecie doesn't need any more occupational therapy for her neck! YAY!
*Maecie loved the parade even though we were dressed in winter clothing for it.
*She slept through the Melaluca fireworks but the next night she absolutely loved. Dad, Jas and
Chris lit a bunch off.
*June 26- Family pictures...I thought they turned out wonderful
*July 2- My youngest three siblings moved. Sad. I bawled like a baby. It has been really hard on me. I miss them dearly.
*July 5- We pierced Maecie's ears. So sad but she looks so darn adorable. I made Taylor hold her!!
*July 10-Went to the Temple with Tenille and Doug. Wonderful experience. I love the temple. No greater place on Earth. Also Scott's Birthday. We had a BBQ for Missy since she is moving on July 16. Sad. I will miss her dearly. We had a wonderful time and laughed at the BBQ.

Dr appt.

Her bandaids!

Her cute little outfit today. I send the family a picture of her each day so they can see how much she changes. Its amazing how much she changes from day to day.

Maecie had her 2 month appointment today! I can't believe she is already 2 months! How time flies!!

Weight - 11lbs 7 oz (62%)
What a chunk at her 2 week appt she was only in the 5%!!!
Height - 22 3/4 inches (68%)
Head - 15 3/4 (72%)

Today when Dr. Edwards was looking her over she was just talking and smiling at him. He was amazed at how much she "talked" and smiled at him. He said he had three 4 month olds in there before Maecie and she was "talking" more than they were. She LOVES to talk and smile!

She was all smiles until they gave her the shots! She cried a cry I have never heard out of her before. POOR GIRL! I cried too! It was so sad. But she has to have her shots to keep her healthy! It was still super sad though!

A couple weeks ago Maecie's letters for her room finally came.
So I finally had some time tonight to get them decorated.

Beautiful Face

Maecie and Ethan...Such cute kids.

I can't believe I never blogged about Maecie's blessing!

She was blessed by her wonderful daddy on April 11th. It was such a great day. She looked so BEAUTIFUL, as always! :) I am a proud mom.

I was nervous that Taylor would bless her with the wrong name. Before she was born he always joked with me that he was going to bless her with the name Phyllis Mae Morrow...and call her Phyllie Mae...Not cool. So I was really nervous he would really do it.
I am so grateful he didn't. Taylor was so calm and collected. He didn't sound nervous and it was PERFECT for little Mae.
Maecie was awake most of sacrament and she was so good. Just looking around at a new surrounding.

I can't believe how content Maecie is. Seriously...we are spoiled parents. So far her first two months of life have been a cake walk. I thought it would be much more challenging but she definatly has her dad's "go with the flow" personality.
She rarely cries, she just grunts when she is ready to eat or needs a little "snuggle with mommy" time.
She has been sleeping from 10:00 to 5:30-6:00...every few night she will wake up once but mostly sleeping through the night (like I said...we are spoiled).
Maecie is VERY aware of what is going on around her. You talk to her and she smiles and laughs and this week she has started to stick her tounge out when you stick yours out at her. It is fun for her to learn new things.

We go for shots Monday. I think I will probably cry...actually, I will probably BAWL.

Thank you to all of our friends and family that came to support us and to share Maecie's special day!
